| IL22RA1（IL-22受体α1链）与IL10RB（IL-10受体β链）共同组成IL-22的功能性异二聚体受体复合物。IL-22与该复合物结合后，主要激活JAK-STAT信号通路（尤其是STAT3），同时也激活MAPK/ERK和PI3K-AKT通路。该信号轴在上皮细胞的增殖、存活、抗炎细胞因子分泌以及黏膜免疫和组织修复中发挥关键作用。此外，IL10RB是一个共享的信号转导亚基，除IL-22外，它也参与组成IL-10、IL-26、IL-28和IFN-λ等细胞因子的受体复合物。 | |
