LPAR1（溶血磷脂酸受体1）是一种由LPAR1基因编码的G蛋白偶联受体，属于EDG受体家族，其内源性配体为溶血磷脂酸（LPA）。该受体顺利获得偶联G(i/o)、G(12/13)和G(q)等多种G蛋白，介导细胞增殖、迁移、血小板聚集、平滑肌收缩及肿瘤细胞侵袭等广泛的生物学功能。LPAR1在肺纤维化、神经病理性疼痛、中枢神经系统疾病及多种癌症中扮演关键角色，是重要的药物研发靶点。 |
